Betts Park Planting
Saturday, 25 March 2017
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Superb fairy wren
Betts Park is an important link in a habitat corridor running along the lower Parramatta River. This corridor is home to Fairy wrens, Silvereyes, Red-brown finches and White-browed scrub wrens. You can help them survive by planting protective native plants. This planting site is being funded through a NSW Environmental Trust Grant.

Gloves and tools, equipment for planting will be provided. Just come along on the day wearing sunscreen, sturdy shoes, long pants, long sleeved shirt, a hat and have some fun! Afternoon tea will be provided.
