Hunters Hill Local Environmental Plan No.1 is broken down into three main components. This includes:
Part 1:
Outlines the aims and objectives of the LEP and clarifies the areas covered by the document.
Definitions are also contained within Part 1.
Part 2:
Outlines what development can (and conversely cannot) be considered within specific zones.
This chapter also highlights the provisions of exempt and complying development criteria.
Part 3:
Provides the development standards required to be achieved for a development to be considered favorably. This includes such items as subdivision allotment sizes, height restrictions, minimum garden area requirements and heritage matters.
A summary of amendments to the LEP is contained within the rear of the document to indicate when each LEP was updated and the nature of the amendment.
