Gladesville Planning Proposal - Key Site

Gladesville Planning Proposal: Exhibition and Assessment Report

The Gladesville Planning Proposal was exhibited from 21 February to 20 March 2018. To date 130 submissions and two emails regarding technical advice have been received from the general public and government agencies.
Provided below is a link to the Council report which provides:

• a summary and analysis of the main issues raised by submissions;
• a discussion regarding the merits of the exhibited Planning Proposal;
• a recommendation for Council

The report will be considered at Council’s ordinary meeting of 10 September, 2018.

If you wish to speak at the Council meeting a “Request to Address Meeting” form needs to be completed and lodged with Council by 12 noon on 10 September 2018.

At the meeting Council will make a resolution on the Planning Proposal which will be forwarded to the Department of Planning and Environment. The Department of Planning and Environment is the determining authority for the planning proposal.

Council staff will be presenting the findings of the Gladesville Planning Proposal: Exhibition and Assessment Report at a public meeting to be held next week and all interested parties are welcome to attend:
