Located in the heart of Hunters Hill, Gladesville Road Community Centre serves as a community hub, hosting a wide range of activities and program from a variety of different community groups. The hall can also be hired for private events such as birthdays.

The hall is made of brick and has a corregated metal roof, with overhanging awnings sheltering the entrance area. There are a few windows situated on each wall, as well as a few fluro lights. There is a paved area that can be used to park a mobility assistance vehicle. Trees and bushes surround the paved area and the community hall.

To the left of the air con unit is a doorway that leads to the kitchen area. To the left of the doorway is the stage area, curtains drawn which obscurs the rest of the stage. To the left of the stage is a set of two doors, which lead to the front entrance. To the left of that door is another fire extinguisher.
