NAIDOC Week: Walk on Country
Join us for a Walk on Country on Wednesday 10 July from 2pm to 3.30pm, in celebration of NAIDOC Week.
The walk will commence from the Henley Community Centre Car Park and continue through the Gladesville Reserve bushland.
The walk will be facilitated by Susan Moylan-Coombs, a Woolwonga Gurindji women from the Northern Territory, who will delve into the history and culture of the area and the Wallamattagal people, the traditional custodians of all the land and water of the Hunters Hill local government area. Her expertise and deep connection to the Indigenous culture and history will make this walk a truly enriching experience.
Everyone is welcome to attend.
