Defibrillators
A defibrillator (sometimes called a ‘defib’, or Automated External Defibrillator 'AED') can save someone's life if they have a cardiac arrest.
The sooner you use a defibrillator, the greater the person's chances of survival.
In the event of a sudden cardiac arrest, please dial triple zero (000) to ask for an ambulance, start CPR, and where support is available, send for an AED and then use the AED when it arrives on scene.
