Council offices will close over the holiday period from 12pm on Tuesday 24 December 2024 and reopen at 8.30am on Thursday 2 January 2025.

Learner Drivers

Council runs two free Helping Learner Drivers Become Safe Drivers Workshops each year providing practical advice on:

Supervising learner drivers
Completing the Learner driver log book
Understanding the benefits of supervised on-road driving practice
Understanding the licence conditions for learners and provisional licence holders
Providing constructive feedback.
