Mayor Miles was elected Mayor of Hunters Hill at the 2021 local government elections, having served as a Councillor since 2012.
Having been a local resident for more than 20 years and a Councillor for more than 10 consecutive years, Mayor Miles understands the importance of progressive strategic outcomes for the community.
With a professional background in finance and funds management, Mayor Miles currently works as an Investment Manager. With his current portfolio including the raising of capital for agriculture and infrastructure, Mayor Miles is well placed to understand Council’s financial responsibilities in addition to ensuring effective long-term financial sustainability.
