Spread the Christmas Cheer
Published on 03 December 2024
There’ll be jingle bells as well as some unusually tall elves at our popular Carols in the Park event at Boronia Park Oval on Sunday 8 December.
The Christmas showcase begins at 5pm with students from Hunters Hill High School singing some crowd favourite Christmas carols to kick off the night. Performances by other local musicians will get everyone into the festive spirit for this fun filled evening.
There will also be gift stalls to browse, yummy food, roving entertainment and a special visit from Santa.
Hunter’s Hill Council Mayor Zac Miles said he was looking forward to celebrating with the Hunters Hill community.
“We all like to spend time with our family and friends during the Christmas season and our annual Carols event is the perfect place to come together,” Mayor Miles said.
“Come on up to Boronia Park with your loved ones, pack a picnic rug, dinner and a bottle of something to enjoy the evening.
“Whether you have brought dinner or you want to get something at the venue, make sure you also have a look at the gifts on offer and get your voices warmed up to sing carols under the stars and experience the joy of Christmas here in Hunters Hill.”
The night is capped off with a magnificent fireworks display to make it a magical Christmas event!
