Tender – Sale of Council owned land

On 16 December 2024, Hunter’s Hill Council resolved to dispose of Council owned land located at 16C Vernon Street, Hunters Hill (being Lot 31 in Deposited Plan 1040602) by way of open tendering method.

As such, Council invites tenders for the purchase of the Property.

An electronic version of the complete tender documents are available from Council’s e-tender portal by logging in and registering your details at https://portal.tenderlink.com/nsroc.

Lodgement of tenders can be made through Council’s e-tender portal at the same website address above or by hand delivery to Council’s Tender Box at Council’s Administration Building located at 22 Alexandra Street, Hunters Hill NSW 2110.

The Request for Tender will close on 30 April 2025 at 2pm. Note: The canvassing of Councillors relating to this tender will result in automatic disqualification of submitted tenders.
