Clarkes Point Permits

All Hunters Hill residents are entitled to a Clarkes Point (W2) parking permit, that allows eligible vehicles to park at Clarkes Point car park without fees or time restrictions.

Online

Step 1.Prepare Documents

Residents are required to show proof of residency by providing one of the following documents:

  • rates notice
  • residential lease
  • utility bill

Residents must also provide proof of vehicle ownership. If the vehicle is a company car, a letter authorising the use of the vehicle must be submitted on company letterhead with ABN and signature.

Step 3.Receive Your Permit

You will receive an email from our Customer Service team confirming that your digital permit has been accepted.

Please do not park a Clarkes Point without a valid parking ticket until you have received confirmation. 

In Person

Step 2.Visit Us

Visit our Customer Service team at 22 Alexandra Street Hunters Hill, between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Step 3.Receive Your Permit

Our Customer Service team will process your digital parking permit and provide you with a confirmation letter.

 

All Clarkes Point parking permits are valid until 30 June 2028. It is the permit holder’s responsibility to renew parking permits before the expiry date.

It is the permit holder's responsibility to apply for a new digital permit when there is a change in vehicle ownership.
